我这里发生过两次，这两种方法我这里都可以解决。
1：
IntelliJ，Android studio ,webstrom 等都是一样的
In IntelliJ navigate to:
File > Invalidate Caches / Restart...
and select the highlighted:
Invalidate and Rest
2：
上面这个调大到500，下面这个减小到60.保存重启intellij。
两次我分别用了这两种方式，都解决了问题。
