在启动类上加入注解

@EnableEurekaServer这个注解表示这个一个服务注册中心，可以给其他应用进行对话。

配置信息

server.port=11111
spring.application.name=eureka
eureka.instance.hostname=localhost
eureka.client.fetch-registry=false
eureka.client.register-with-eureka=false

 eureka.client.register-with-eureka=false表示不会把该应用注入到注册中心去，因为这个本身就是要给注册中心。
 eureka.client.fetch-registry=false表示不需要去检测服务。

@EnableDiscoveryClient可以让该应用注册为eureka客户端使用，以获得服务发现的能力。同时在该类中创建RestTemplate的spring bean实例。 @LoadBalanced表示开启负载均衡。
