PyCharm修改Interpreter

file ->setting->project ->project interpreter： 

点击“Show All…”。进入下图： 
 
点击“加号”，进入下图：

关键就在这点，注意，一定是要在System Interpreter里面选择。不要再上面那两个环境里面选择。
