navigate 远程连接 linux mysql 数据库

第一种 开放3306端口 且 授权所有ip可以远程连接或者 自己是被授权可连接ip  且 mysql 的   root and  password  exists

 

第二种：3306 端口外网不可访问。 且 linux  的 root and  password exists   且  mysql 的 root and password exists
