2.1 远程连接配置： properties\connections\remote server connextions\allow remote connections to this server 勾选
2.2 安全配置：security\server authentication\sql server and windows authentication mode 勾选
3、SQL server jar包
下载jar包（地址：https://sourceforge.net/projects/jtds/files/latest/download?source=files），并拷贝到kettle 的lib库（...\data-integration\lib）中。
