今天是1024，感恩~
先说遇到的问题
file was loaded in the wrong enconding:“utf-8”

然后上网查了查
解决方式很简单
点击页面右下角的utf-8
file was loaded in the wrong enconding:"utf-8"

再点击GBK,reload一下就好了
file was loaded in the wrong enconding:"utf-8"

此时如果项目启动不了的话，还需要在settings里更改格式为utf-8
File—》setting—》File Encoding
