ISE 逻辑分析仪 chipscope使用

 

工程的top文件上，右击，new source

 

选择下图框住的部分，chipscope definition and connection file.

写上filename，点next。

生成cdc文件，点edit，选new ila unit。

 

点击生成的ila，配置端口数，采样深度，和信号连接等。
