有时候IDEA没有显示Run Dashboard 面板，如何调出来呢？
我的IDEA版本是2019.1.2
1、Edit Configurations
2、在弹出对话框中，选中Templates，在configurations available in Run Dashboard处，点击加号添加Application和Spring Boot，最后点击确定，就可以了
