小伙伴们有没有遇到idea在线下载插件遇到这个问题的
Plugin Python was not installed: Cannot download 'https://plugins.jetbrains.
解决方法(亲测可用)
file -> settings -> System Settings -> Updates 把 Use secure connection 的 勾去掉就可以了,
是因为使用了https协议下载导致的问题.
