网上很多方法试了不行，所以使用删除原有的Package Control从新安装
一.删除Package Control目录下所有的文件和本身文件夹
二.删除User目录下Package Control相关文件夹
三.从新安装Package Control
1）从菜单 View - Show Console 或者 ctrl + ~ （快捷键），调出 console。将以下 Python 代码粘贴进去并 enter 执行，不出意外即完成安装。
