首先安装好Jrebel插件之后(下载地址是：http://update.zeroturnaround.com/update-site-archive/
，可以点此处下载)，下面以jrebel 6.0.0版为例：
点击eclipse菜单的Windows--> show view--> other--> server--> servers.双击你的Server配置项
点击“ Open launch configuration”。如下图：
在VM arguments选框中加入参数:
-noverify -javaagent:D:\jrebel-3.1.2a\jrebel.jar
-Drebel.spring_plugin=true
-Drebel.struts2-plugin=true
//可以不加
-Drebel.dirs=E:\workspace\fileManager1\WebRoot\WEB-INF\classes
如下图：
然后点“OK”后，选取某个项目，启动server，如下图：
之后在console控制台中，看见下列文字，则表明jrebel配置成功.
