解决 svn: E155037: Previous operation has not finished; run 'cleanup' if it was interrupted

提交代码时提示需要cleanup，但是cleanup的时候就会报这个错。

下载了一个sqlite3.exe放到工作目录中的.svn目录下，然后执行黑窗口。

delete from work_queue；

问题解决。
