有些人打开dos界面可能是shell命令，本叫教程教大家把他改成cmd命令
第一步：
按键盘的win+r快捷键
输入regedit
定位到\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shell\cmd右侧的HideBasedOnVelocityId改成ShowBasedOnVelocityId，这样右键CMD和Powershell都有。。。
要隐藏Powershell，就把\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shell\Powershell右侧的ShowBasedOnVelocityId改成HideBasedOnVelocityId即可
\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shell\cmd右键->权限->Users 的权限要完全控制（如果不行，高级->所有者选自己不要TrustedInstaller），然后HideBasedOnVelocityId改成ShowBasedOnVelocityId
