因为上课的时候老师说要导入scipy库嘛
然后 我试着操作了一下

然后尝试了一下修改项目引用的路径，因为之前下了Anaconda但是路径什么的搞得很混乱，新建这个py项目的时候也没注意就随便点了几下 = =
言归正传，
解决方法，
用图讲话，
先进入setting
点进去之后的样子，然后点加号就导入新的包了
