Java 代码中的Cipher#doFinal() 隐式连接密文和标记 (ciphertext | tag)。相反,IV 既不是隐式连接也不是显式连接。但是,PHP 代码假定 IV 也已连接 (iv | ciphertext | tag)。因此,基于此假设执行的分离失败。
