事实证明 systemctl 并没有完全停止 cassandra，因为 Redhat 7 和 init 文件很奇怪。因此对我的 cassandra.yaml 的更改没有生效。

一旦我杀死了 cassandra，创建了一个适当的 cassandra.service 并重新启动所需的设置，我就可以运行“LIST ROLES;”之类的操作了正常。
