我有一个端点，用户可能会调用使用block_on 的方法，该方法需要SystemRunner 的实例才能运行。我想避免再次调用System::new("actix")，而只使用当前正在运行的System。

没有办法block_on运行系统。

对于测试，您可以在actix-web 的测试工具中使用block_on 助手： https://github.com/actix/actix-web/blob/master/src/test.rs#L60 创建本地运行时并在当前线程上阻塞。
