你可以尝试将 mimetype 设置为 zip 即attachments['document.docx'] = { mime_type: 'application/zip', content: File.read(file.path) }
用 mime_type 试过也没有用 :-(

attachments['document.docx'] = File.read(file.path, mode: 'rb')

在我的例子中，Rails 在 CSV 文件中以“\n”（换行符）或“\r”结尾的每一行都添加了一个回车符（又名“CR”或“\r”）。
