其实我是项目配置的问题，我是这样解决的：

为heroku部署进行配置

为前端部署指定npm 和node 版本。[检查版本npm -v 和node -v]

然后npm run build 用于客户端文件夹

将生产模式的环境变量放在heroku网站[for me MONGO_URI]

然后转到package.js内的server文件夹

添加这行代码

script {
....
"heroku-postbuild": "NPM_PRODUCTION:false npm install --prefix client && npm run build --prefix client"
}

就是这样。

然后去终端...

heroku login

git init

git add .

git commit -m "bug fixed"

heroku git:remote -a <app_name>（如果已经在heroku中创建了应用，否则heroku create）

git push heroku master

heroku open
