api 不再是 {safe: true} 而是 {w: 1} http://mongodb.github.com/node-mongodb-native/api-generated/db.html

var db = mongo.db('mongodb://127.0.0.1:27017/test', {w: 1})

{safe: true} 仍然可以使用，但已被弃用。如果设置在 DB 级别，则不需要设置在 collection.insert() 级别。

插入的api签名是insert(docs[, options][, callback])，所以你应该只有一个选项对象。

另外，collection.insert 没有 {new: true} 选项。

所以基本上，您不需要设置任何选项（插入时）。
