那是因为当您提交表单而不填写字段时，会提交一个空字符串。你需要在控制器中使用scrub_params插件，它将空字段替换为nils。

将此添加到您的控制器：

plug :scrub_params, "post" when action in [:create]

这是 Phoenix 在 mix phoenix.gen.html 生成器中默认生成的内容。 （它会生成when action in [:create, :update]；当您添加update 操作时，您可能希望切换到它。）

birthday_day、birthday_month 和 birthday_year 仍然出现验证错误的原因是空字符串不是有效的整数。
