使用 Chef 安装 Postgres Gem 时出错

我正在使用 Chef Solo 构建 Vagrant 配置（用于 Nginx、PHP 和 Postgres），在配置期间使用 databox 食谱在 Postgresql 中创建数据库。我不断收到以下错误，我追踪到databox::postgresql 最终调用（通过database::paostgresql）调用postgresql::ruby 配方。我尝试直接在我的运行列表中运行postgresql::ruby，它会产生相同的错误。

登录到 VM 并运行 sudo /opt/ruby/bin/gem install pg 可以正常工作，并且重新运行 vagrant provision 也可以正常工作。但是，据我了解，postgresql::ruby 任务的全部意义在于它安装了这个 gem！

据我所知，似乎只有在将 Chef 作为 gem 安装时才会发生此问题。

我从使用 Chef Gem 切换到使用 Omnibus，并且能够使其正常工作。
