Vagrant 未能解包 Ubuntu Bionic 盒子

vagrant init ubuntu/bionic64
vagrant up

这似乎是带有仿生图像的known widespread issue。在修复之前，以下是一种解决方法：

1. 从here手动下载盒子
2. 运行vagrant box add --name ubuntu/bionic64 /path/to/bionic-server-cloudimg-amd64-vagrant.box
3. 再试vagrant up
