最终找到了带有DataSource 的解决方案并将其设置在SelectItem 的optionDataSource 中，并将displayField 和valueField 设置为相应的字段。

然后，当该字段未被编辑时，我在ListGridField 中设置了一个自定义CellFormatter，它返回了正确的数据（这也涉及为其他值返回正确的数据）。

我很确定可能有更简单的方法，但这种方法对我有用，所以我现在就这样吧。
