own software and it requires this formula, you'll need to add to your
build variables:

LDFLAGS:  -L/usr/local/opt/openssl/lib
CPPFLAGS: -I/usr/local/opt/openssl/include

我得到了这个问题的解决方案！ 关键是 Python 3.5 可以与 OpenSSL 0.9.8 一起使用。解决方案是安装具有特定配置的 Python 3.6.5，以包括“OpenSSL 1.0.2n 7 Dec 2017”。

brew install openssl
brew link openssl --force  # if you need too
brew install python3  --with-brewed-openssl  # this brings Python 3.6.5, and not 3.5
