有几点，在过去的几天里，我试图找出问题，但我被卡住了。

1. 我试图用

   停止 localhost:3000

   netstat -ano |发现str：3000 taskkill /PID myPIDhere /F

但是，我得到了-

TCP    0.0.0.0:3000           0.0.0.0:0              LISTENING       5748

它说 - 错误：PID 5748 的进程无法终止。 原因：没有正在运行的任务实例。

1. 当我访问 localhost:3000 时，它仍然试图一次又一次地加载。
2. 每当我尝试使用 CRA 创建 reactjs 应用时，终端都会永远挂在那里。
3. 在 creatjs 应用中安装 NPM 也是如此。
