sudo apt-get install ruby1.9.1-dev

并安装 make & build-essential，但问题仍然存在。

检查 mkmf.log - 日志文件告诉你什么？

您需要 mysql 标头，而不是 ruby​​ 标头。

libmysqlclient-dev 是 deb 文件的名称。
