1. 单独下载发生读取超时的 jar 文件。 在这种情况下下载 com.google.gwt.eclipse.sdkbundle.2.0.3_2.0.3.v201002191036.jar。 com.google.appengine.eclipse.sdkbundle.1.3.3_1.3.3.v201004231111.jar.

   使用上面的网址。 注意：两个 jar 文件都在 80MB 以上，下载需要一些时间。

2. 复制jar到eclipse的插件文件夹

3. 再次恢复插件安装。

下载时出现超时。代理或防火墙有问题吗？ 目前您的互联网连接可能负载过重，因此最好的选择是稍后再试。

如果这些都没有帮助，那么您可以尝试更改 eclipse.ini 文件中的超时设置；

-Dorg.eclipse.ecf.provider.filetransfer.retrieve.closeTimeout=3000

-Dorg.eclipse.ecf.provider.filetransfer.retrieve.readTimeout=3000
