Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded

使用 libcurl 添加它：

struct curl_slist *slist = 0;
slist = curl_slist_append(slist, "Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded");
curl_easy_setopt(handle, CURLOPT_HTTPHEADER, slist);
// ...

curl_easy_perform(handle);

curl_slist_free_all(slist);
