不要使用正则表达式，只需使用 split：

 a="""1....
 2....
 3...."""
 print map(lambda x:x.strip(),a.split("\n"))

注意：

我使用 strip 删除任何前导/尾随空格（包括 Windows 上的 \r）
无需使用 re.split，因为您可以拆分一个简单的字符
