Heroku 将应用程序从 cedar-10 迁移到 cedar-14

这并不完全是一个错误，在 cedar-10 和 cedar-14 之间移动是整个操作系统的升级，几乎不可能创建完全奇偶校验的磁盘映像。您可以通过heroku-repo plugin 使用repo:purge_cache 命令自行清除构建缓存。
