exp_lv_nav.adapter = ExpandableListAdapter(this, listDataHeader, listDataChild, exp_lv_nav)

替换为：

exp_lv_nav.setAdapter(ExpandableListAdapter(this, listDataHeader, listDataChild, exp_lv_nav))
