Lachlan Roche 的回答对我有用。具体来说，我将我的 Web 应用程序文件夹的完全控制权授予 LOCAL_MACHINE\Users 和 LOCAL_MACHINE\IIS_IUSRS，其中 LOCAL_MACHINE 是我的本地计算机的域。我没有检查两个组是否都需要完全访问权限，因此您可能不需要同时授予两个组的访问权限。
