1. 将myBatis-config.xml 放入WEB-INF/classes 文件夹，然后说 classpath:myBatis-config.xml

2. 由于您使用的是 maven src/main/resources 已经在 classpath 中，因此您可以将文件放在 src/main/resources 下并使用 classpath:myBatis-config.xml
