"ls -rt" 不是有效命令的名称，因此这就是您的第二种情况失败的原因。 "ls" 带有参数 "-rt" 和 "." 工作正常，只是没有在您期望的地方产生输出。但无论如何，您应该循环使用 os.listdir('.')。
