有同样的错误，对我来说，它有助于在 .csproj 文件中添加 <MvcRazorExcludeRefAssembliesFromPublish>false</MvcRazorExcludeRefAssembliesFromPublish>。使用任何文本编辑器进行简单的编辑，或者在 VS 中右键单击您的项目，然后编辑项目文件。在第一个 <PropertyGroup> 中插入属性，如下所示：
