谷歌地图交通图层具有特定的时间戳

Question

任何人都知道是否有可能获取特定时间戳（例如 09.01.2015 14:15）的 Google 地图交通层？使用 Anuglar1 和 Google Maps Api。

这就是我设置流量层的方式。也许我可以在任何地方设置一些选项？
