更新的答案： 框架本身是用来加载页面的，而你的菜单项是从窗口继承的，所以这永远不会起作用。

以下是您需要制作的模组：

1. 在 MainWindow.xaml 中将 Window 标记更改为 Controls:MetroWindow（就像在 MainMenu xaml 中一样

2. 在您的 MainWindow.xaml.cs 中删除 MainWindow 的基类引用（MainWindow：Window 变为 MainWindow）

3. 在 MainMenu.xaml 中将 Controls:MetroWindow 更改为 UserControl

4. 返回 MainWindow.xaml，向命名空间 xmlns:my="clr-namespace:WhateverHere"

添加一个引用

5. 在 MainWindow.xaml 中，删除并直接添加您的控件
