您应该能够将您的 dn_string 更改为 {username}。您还可以将其设置为您的 LDAP 用户提供程序：

这实际上是dn_string 的默认值，所以从技术上讲，您可以完全忽略它。

编辑：

另外，您的 search_dn: "cn=Users, DC=company,DC=de" 需要是用户的 DN。现在它指向用户的容器。它应该是执行搜索用户所需的 LDAP 查询的用户的完整 DN。
