我知道没有sml-proc 文件。你用的是什么版本的sml-mode，现在好像是6.7，自动加载run-sml（或sml-run）也应该从sml-mode完成，例如

(autoload 'run-sml "sml-mode")

你应该在你的配置文件中设置(setq sml-program-name ...)的sml程序，你不需要改变源代码。

(setenv "PATH" (concat "/usr/local/smlnj/bin:" (getenv "PATH")))
(setq exec-path (cons "/usr/local/smlnj/bin"  exec-path))

将 /usr/local 替换为适当的路径。
