1) 转到工具 -> 互联网选项 -> 高级
2) 滚动到底部。
3) 找到“不将加密页面保存到磁盘”复选框并取消选中它。
或
我找到了 1 个解决方案 here 。上面写着——
A.关闭您的网络浏览器。
B.启动 Acrobat 或 Adobe Reader。
C.选择“编辑”>“首选项”。
D.在左侧列表中选择 Internet。
E.取消选中“在浏览器中显示 PDF”，然后单击“确定”。
F。重新启动 Internet Explorer。
