我已经测试了您的代码，您的代码没有任何问题。根据错误

“系统找不到指定的文件”

最可能的原因是您的文件位置或文件名有问题。首先请确保文件名与定义的代码相同。为 VCD 文件创建新的 xml 文件后，您定义的名称应为 VoiceCommandDefinitions，而不是 VoiceCommandDefinitions.xml，该文件在创建时已具有后缀。

其次，请确保您的 VCD 文件实际上位于项目的根目录中，如下图所示。

最后还要确保文件的Build Action属性是项目中的内容，保证项目运行时可以找到文件（右键文件->属性）。
