问题是 TotalField.FieldProperties.Value 正在更新，但不是文本框文本。不知道怎么回事？

您不能绑定到字段。您需要将其设为属性：

    public static Field FieldProperties{get; set;} //<-- See this needs to be property

    static FirstValueField()
    {
        FieldProperties = new Field();
    }
}
