speedier solution to optimize `sails new` that will
be released as a 0.12.x patch. But in the mean time,

using `npm install`.
Because of this, creating your new Sails app will
take longer than you might be used to. Please bear
with us; or if you have a need for speed, downgrade
to NPM < v3.0.0 in the mean time.  Thanks!
