我正在尝试使用 Angular 2，但是当我尝试使用命令 ng serve 启动服务器时，什么也没发生。该命令什么都不做，没有错误消息，没有状态消息，什么都没有。

我在 64 位 Windows 10 上运行，我认为我的计算机可能有问题，我在虚拟机中尝试过并且工作正常。如果相关，我正在使用 vpn。

我已经检查了端口是否正在使用中。我一直在尝试在管理员模式下使用 cmd，但什么也没有。

npm uninstall -g angular-cli
npm cache clean
npm install -g angular-cli@latest

可能的解决方案：-

       1) Uninstall node.js and install latest version of node.js > 8.

      Try to install Visual studio code or other ide's. 

       2)Delete node MOdules and run command- npm install in visual studio code- 'terminal'
       3)Your angular-cli  is latest, so no need to install again.
