scheme://host/path?query#fragment

所以在你的情况下

scheme   => https
host     => site
path     => index.html
query    => N/A
fragment => /Login

关键是，片段不是浏览器发送给服务器的任何东西。因此，就您而言，从您请求的服务器的角度来看：

https://[site]/index.html

服务器可以将其重定向或重写到https://[site]/，但不能重定向到https://[site]/#Login，至少如果你想使用不同类型的 #/Login、#/Logout、#/SomePage 等片段。
