如果您安装任何 gettext 向导安装，则无法安装某些依赖库。（这是我的情况）。根据Far投稿中django i18n: Make sure you have GNU gettext tools的帖子，问题已修复。

根据 django 文档，必须运行命令“xgettext --version”才能启用国际化命令。在我的情况下 w64gcc_s_sjlj-1.dll 它已经过时了。
