它正在工作，现在我意识到当我终止应用程序（在多任务中）时，我不再收到新通知。

你知道我该如何启动（或重新启动）IntentService用户杀死应用？

在internet 上，它被告知这是不可能的，但是当我启动 Facebook 的 Messenger 应用程序并杀死它时，我总是可以收到通知！

请不要混淆这两件事。 Facebook 有自己的 SDK 来管理通知服务。就像 FCM 一样，你注册一次，FCM 库为你提供回调方法，你在哪里接收它。所以坦率地说，Facbook 通知机制不仅仅依赖于启动和停止服务。 因为您尝试使用 Service 而不是 intentService 并在 Service override onStart() 命令中使用 return boolean variable return START_STICKY; 虽然这并不可取且完全安全，但在内核决定停止它之前，它大部分时间都可以工作。
