【问题描述】：
从 Debian 8 切换到 9，PHP 5.6 切换到 7.0 后，我的等待时间非常长 (TTFB) (see screenshot)，我不知道为什么。
该问题通常仅在（任意）子页面上出现一次。如果您再次加载页面，它会再次超级快。缓存不能这样吗？朋友们，我很茫然。
