        [self setCollectionBehavior:NSWindowCollectionBehaviorCanJoinAllSpaces];

    return self;
}
OR if you have a NSWindowController

- (void)windowDidLoad {
    [super windowDidLoad];

    [[self window] setCollectionBehavior:NSWindowCollectionBehaviorCanJoinAllSpaces];
}
OR Edit the nib file and add this behaviour to your window in XCode.
